Counselling for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs)
Do you feel stuck but too overwhelmed to understand what is holding you back?
If you're often feeling overstimulated or too sensitive to the world around you, you might be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).

Everyone has different levels of sensitivity, but 20% of the world's population are HSPs like us with an innate trait to be more sensitive than others. These traits of a Highly Sensitive Person can be powerful tools instead of feeling like weaknesses.
With our compassionate yet candid approach, counselling can be the key to reclaiming your emotions and creating a life that makes sense for you.
Together, we can tap into the power of your feelings as a Highly Sensitive Person.
Life as an HSP can be overwhelming. It can leave you feeling drained, anxious, and disconnected from yourself. You probably don’t need a test as a Highly Sensitive Person to identify as one.
You don't need to live your life constantly struggling to make sense of all your emotions, sensations, and reactions. With the right support through online counselling, you can learn to reclaim your relationship with your emotions. This way, you can regain balance in your life and live joyfully with a better understanding of who you are.
