Online counselling designed for fellow caring professionals.
Alberta Therapy for Therapists
Are you a therapist in Alberta looking for support?
We know firsthand how navigating life as a highly sensitive person can be difficult and overwhelming. Especially when working in a caring profession. Often, as therapists we experience feelings deeply and greatly ourselves — it's what makes us well-suited for our work.

But like our clients, we also need a safe space designed to support us as we navigate challenges and process our emotions.
Our counselling services for therapists offer you an opportunity to feel understood, tap into your inner strength, and fill your own cup. So you can prioritize your wellness while doing incredibly important work for your community.
Together, we'll work towards your ideal work-life balance.
Working in Alberta therapy, it can be challenging to make space for our own emotions and needs. We often balance our needs with the expectations of others. Or sometimes put our needs last. It can be difficult or overwhelming to process things on our own.
With a safe space to explore your feelings, we can help you gain a sense of fulfillment from your work again. These sessions are designed to give you the permission you need to be candid in your experiences as a human and a therapist. We provide unbiased and objective support regardless of our shared profession.
