Supervision for Psychologist in Alberta
I enjoy supporting developing and established therapists as they build confidence, deepen their clinical skills, and find their own authentic way of working.
Whether you are a provisional psychologist working toward registration, a new therapist looking for guidance, or an experienced clinician wanting a space to reflect on challenging cases, supervision can provide both practical support and professional growth.
My Approach to Supervision
I view supervision as a collaborative and supportive relationship. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable bringing your questions, uncertainties, and successes without fear of judgment.
Supervision with me focuses on:
-
Building confidence in your clinical decision-making
-
Strengthening case conceptualization skills
-
Developing interventions that feel authentic to your style
-
Navigating ethical and professional concerns
-
Managing difficult client dynamics and therapeutic ruptures
-
Reducing self-doubt and perfectionism
-
Preventing burnout and supporting therapist well-being
I believe that becoming an effective therapist is not about having all the answers. It is about learning to trust your clinical judgment, remain curious, and continue growing over time.

Important Information for Provisional Psychologists
I provide supervision for provisional psychologists who are already employed in a clinical setting or have an established placement where they are seeing clients and accumulating their supervised practice hours.
At this time, I am not able to provide a practicum, internship, or employment placement. This means that supervisees must already have a workplace, agency, or other approved setting in which they are providing clinical services and completing their registration requirements.
If you are seeking a supervisor to support you while you complete your hours in an existing role or placement, I would be happy to discuss whether we may be a good fit.
Supervision Style
My style is warm, thoughtful, and practical. I balance supportive reflection with concrete feedback and guidance. I aim to help you feel both challenged and encouraged as you grow in your clinical work.
I know firsthand that therapy work can feel both rewarding and overwhelming. Supervision should be a place where you can pause, think deeply about your cases, and leave feeling more grounded and confident.
Finding the right supervisor is an important part of your professional development. I offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, areas of interest, and whether we would be a good fit.
I would be honoured to support you as you continue developing into the therapist you want to become.
